On the terrace in front of the kitchen there is an outdoor table with 6 chairs and large parasol for cooling shade. On the property there is parking for several cars.

The pool (10 x 4) is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, parasol, a covered outdoor lounge with lounge sofa, coffee table, outdoor shower, large dining table and Broil King gas barbecue.

The upper floor of the villa is unoccupied in the months of July and August, so you enjoy complete privacy. In other months the owners may also be there, which will always be indicated in advance. Also, the rental price will be adjusted accordingly.
