My name is Antoinette, after selling my business in The Netherlands in early 2012, I moved to Javea with daughter, then 9, and my dog and cat. Without hesitation we filled the moving truck with our belongings, left The Netherlands

behind us and became residents in Spain.

To this day, we have not regretted it for a second! I love the Netherlands and I enjoy visiting family and friends, but my heart is in Spain.

I have lived in many countries, including almost 4 years in Kenya, a year in Greece, several years in Bamberg (Germany), Brussels and of course Spain. I traveled the world, and finally after several years in the Netherlands, I decided to settle permanently in Spain.

I love Spain, the culture, the people and the wonderful weather! I especially love the winter season! The 1st year I enjoyed a sort of sabbatical, but pretty soon I rolled into the

housing market, where I immediately felt at home. The real estate business has

always appealed to me. 

I prefer to work with a personal approach. The clients give me their wish list and then I get started.

No matter the type of property, finding the ideal location for our clients is always a fun challenge.

I also like to help them come up with new ideas such as, for example, in the field of investments, holiday rentals or setting up a centre for business events, retreats and much more.

Meanwhile I have been active in real estate, holiday rentals and property management for

over 12 years now, and there are still many more opportunities and challenges ahead.

Buenos dias, let me introduce myself. I am Joanne and have been working at La Fuente since March 2024. I emigrated to Javea with my husband in February 2024. Quite a step but also a very fun and challenging one. In the Netherlands, I was a barista by profession, which was great fun, but my heart also lies with travelling and seeking adventure. So we decided to change our lives completely and emigrate to Spain to build a new life there. Antoinette helped us buy a house there and guided us through the whole process. Her personal approach and commitment really appealed to us and made us enthusiastic about possibly working in this sector too. Antoinette then gave us the opportunity to join La Fuente. I am now responsible for the rental side of La Fuente, managing the properties and dealing with customer contact. I also manage the cleaning team and maintain contact with the holiday guests who come to Javea. It is precisely this personal contact that makes it so nice to work at La Fuente
